have been in a similar situation with BigAsiaGolf, one of the subsidaries of Exklusiv Pte Ltd. I had resigned some time in 2006, but they refuse to pay me my final month salary, claiming that I had unfinished work, which they did not ask me to clear when i was there. It took them 8 months, and still they refused to pay me. Finally I went to small claims, and got full settlement without a fight. Thanks MOM.
